It all depends on what is captured in the frame when you go across. The previous map is saved and used until the sliding is done so the person can be seen if they go to the next map as well. Should I just not let it capture players on the previous map when sliding?

Well it's not your fault. It does look weird and the only way I can fix it would be a bit complicated, so the player transition might look weird. Should I just make it not capture players on the previous map?
